Company Experience
Technical Consultants, Inc. provides vibration monitoring and
vibration consulting services to industry. Our employees have over 30
years of industrial vibration experience in the chemical, steel,
general manufacturing, and food industries, to name a few.
Periodic monitoring of vibration on critical equipment is the single
most important element of a good Predictive Maintenance program. Our
goal is to solve equipment problems in a way that makes sense for the
business. Experience has shown that the business (profit) impact must
be assessed along with the scientific data to make good business
decisions about repair.
Our repair recommendations differentiate us from our competitors.
They are practical, and are very specific.
In today's streamlined companies, in-house vibration programs may be
too expensive to maintain. We can make the technology available to your
business at a fraction of the cost.
Maintenance Self-Assessment
What is the current state of the maintenance part of your business?
Are you:
- Operating in a "breakdown" mode?
- Reacting when equipment breaks?
- Getting reduced equipment life?
- Unaware of pending damage until it occurs?
- Unable to assess problems, unless you disassemble the machine?
- Finding equipment damage so severe that analyzing the Root Cause
is difficult?
- Doing much more emergency and off-hours maintenance than you'd
like?
- Unable to devote the resources to turn the situation around?
If you answered yes to one or more of the above, would you like to
change your maintenance program to:
- Operate in a Predictive mode?
- Detect failures while they are still minor?
- Be able to choose to either repair minor faults immediately, or
to monitor condition while continuing to operate?
- Find and eliminate the Root Cause of equipment failures?
- Extend equipment life to 5 years or more?
- Schedule your maintenance at your convenience?
If you would like to change to the predictive mode, Technical
Consultants, Inc. can bring years of industrial experience to help your
business get there.
